About Priya

 Priya loves spending time with family & friends, loves to travel around the world, visit national parks, museums, take nature hikes, and walk on the beach in perfect San Diego weather. Priya has a keen interest in Hand Therapy & will try her best to become a leading therapist in the field. Priya feels privileged to join Global Reach OT & PT as a hand therapy fellow to fulfill her future dreams. 

Education

Priya completed her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from the National Institute of Rehabilitation Training & Research, Utkal University, India, and Post Graduate Diploma in Rehab (PGDR)from All India Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, SNDT University, India. She cleared her NBCOT board in 1998 WORK

Experience

Priya worked at the Institute for the Physically Handicapped, New Delhi, India, from 1994 to 1997 before migrating to the USA in 1997. Since then, Priya has worked as an Occupational Therapist in many different settings, such as SNF, ALF, Home care, and outpatient post-acute & acute care settings.
